Phra Wat Koh Zhan

Sharing 2 pieces of Phra Wat Koh Zhan. This was described in earlier post before. These two pieces were the best condition so far that i came across for the past 10 years. It is rare to have such good condition pieces.

Phra Wat koh zhan is famous for calming one's mind. Show you the way and helping one to clear his mind for better decision making. In fact, Wat paknum has similar effect too according to fellow collector that wears wat paknum.

I have friend that wear Wat koh Zhan and told me the same thing. Great for metta, calming once mind and ask for direction  in life.

Putho Noi Pim Lek by Mae Chee Boon Reun Wat Awut

Mae Chee Boon Reun most famous amulet, putho noi. Pim lek Kan Hark Sok. Nice feature and 7/10 condition. Made in 2494, with special holy powder mixed with powder puthakum from LP Sodh of Wat paknum. Mae Chee Boon Reun once learn buddhism, meditation and wicha from LP Sodh before. Her amulet is well known for turning wishes into reality. This has been proven by many even in Pantip among the dealer. Many are wearing it despite having other type of amulets worth million.

Some good news for you...

Wat paknum phra kong kwan made by lp sodh is among the most sacred n holiest phra you can get. When he was alive, Lp sodh had repeatedly said that he invited all deva to come to chant and made the phra together. And that one will achieve great success n enjoy great life if he meditates with this and observe the 5 buddhist precept.

And historical event shows that thousands of followers achieve great life indeed avoiding accidents n attracting prosperity.

But roon 1 price range > 150k thb easily for a bad condition piece n that even an average roon 3 costs >60k thb.

So, how to collect.??

I would like to share this piece then. Phra wat koh chan. 2495. Pim yai.This was made by lp inn (direct disciple of lp sodh) with roon 1/2 materials. It was made few year before roon 3 wpn with lp sodh chanting. It is as holy n as sacred as roon 1 wpn but at fraction of cost. Lp inn helps lp sodh made roon 1 phra kong kwang too back then.

Whats more every piece with hand jarn by lp inn. Unique n limited in qty.

Alsp lp sodh has made the phra with thamakay technique same as how he made roon 1. This technique summon spirits to protect the wearer. Thus, no question that this phra is as effective as roon 1.

1. Same materials as roon 1 wpn. Can use as studying of wpn material.
2. Same holiness n sacred. Best for self wearing.
3. At fraction of wpn roon 1 cost.

Types of Wat Pak Num Amulets

The most popular of wat Paknum amulet is his "Gift Buddha".


Roon 1 (Class 1):
Made in 2493 with sacred powder in rectangular shape, size 1.4cm wide, 2cm long and 0.5cm thick.
Front: Buddha image in sitting posture under bower. Both sides have stripe pattern.
Back: With letters :Dhamma-kun"
Surface: No lacquer coating

This batch of amulet underwent incantation for 3 months using the "Dharma-kai" path. LP Sodh invited all deva to come along with the incantation. After the incantation, LP Sodh said this was "the most powerful and sacred amulet ever created for the first time in the world". Villagers can see bright light of the temple from miles away.

Back then, whoever donated 25 thb, get a piece of this. That's why it is known as "gift amulet". Many donated 1000, 5000 THB, but only received 1 piece. And each donor got to come himself to get it directly from LP Sodh. And for each pieces given out, LP Sodh blessed the donor and said "These Buddhist amulet must be carefully kept so that when problems and obstacles arose, they can turn to this amulet for help". This turned out to be true as it has helps thousands in many way eventually.


Roon 2 (Class 1):
Made in 2494 with the same materials and mold of roon 1. Except that this batch was coated with lacquer. In amulets collection world, we combined these 2493 and 2494 batch and called them roon 1 (first batch). Nowadays, those with lacquer coating cost higher than normal assuming the two with similar condition.

Roon 3:
Made in 2499. Mold was slightly smaller than roon 1. Consist of mainly 2 molds. Deep and shallow mold. and 9 pims. Pim were similar as Roon 1. Thus, to differentiate the two batches, got to look at the materials. The materials used are very different.

Roon 4 is not made by LP sodh. It was made with mixture of broken pieces of roon 1 and 3 by disciples. and yet still exhibit miraculous power. Refer to my sharing on my mum's accident happened many years ago,
